When using a deputy service you should NEVER 
contact the seller stating you're doing so!!!! 
Some Japanese sellers want to keep anime cels in 
Japan. By contacting them, you've jeopardized all 
that use that deputy service. This seller will 
associate the high bidder as being a deputy 
service and may refuse to do business with them 
in the future.

JPYahoo as pretty much the same rules as US 
auction houses. Bidding is a legally binding 
transaction and the seller *should* sell to the 
highest bidder. (I'm sure the deputy service you 
use is based in Japan or has someone in Japan) 
But if they don't there's not much to do except 
give negative feedback.

The seller feels betrayed... NOT GOOD!!! ;_;
