No international shipping means no dealing 
outside of Japan for some sellers.(you should of 
used deputy service from the start). You 'broke' 
the contract by winning the bid and telling the 
seller your an international bidder. The seller 
is not binding to the deal with you because of 
this. Sorry if that seems harsh but thats most 
likely the way this person sees it.
