Well thanks for the *good* advice.  It's sooooo 
hard to get any when everyone you know has credit 
issues.  Its not like you can go to the credit 
company and expect them NOT to tell you that 
signing up for a credit card with a 20,000 dollar 
limit will help you.  *rolls eyes*

I'm cosigned on the lease of my car, and I've 
kept a very good checking account record, and 
will soon be paying off state-sponsored student 
loans (I didn't need to go to the bank... they 
cover everything I cant after my jobs) so I 
should be off to a decent start... unless that 
other credit card company's computer glitch 
screwed me over.  But then, I'm also paranoid 
about getting a credit card while I'm in college 
because our mail service is so bad there's a good 
chance I'd get the invoices weeks late if 
never.  -_- ah well.  I'll figure it all out 
eventually.
