You summed that up all quite well, Tara. 
When a person has a set amount of money to 
spend on cels, they should do their best to 
purchase responsibly. Right now, tons of my 
major wishlist cels have popped up, but I can't 
have them all, sadly, so I have to pick out what 
I want the most - it's a tough choice, but I've 
managed to make one, and I don't want it for 
other people to envy me for - I want it because 
I adore the cel, I adore the character, and I 
adore the scene. It's something I've wanted for 
a very long time and do not intend to sell 
should I be the one who gets to purchase it. 

Good luck on him, Tara. I love the cel you're 
going after too, personally, but I have no doubt 
in the world that you should be the one to own 
it, because I know he will be _very_ well loved, 
and of course, never resold!
