At least the ones *near* you carry them... I live
out in the boonies, and the *closest* post office
that carries IMPOs is about an hour's drive from
me... and it's incredibly inconvenient to have
to make a 2.5 hour "trip" out of going to the post
office... so it either must be something I
really, really, really want or I don't get it.

(Which makes using the credit card and just 
sending a check to the CC company, no trip at
ALL, sooooooo much easier...)
