My intent was not to wreak havoc (heh, I can 
actually spell it unlike the original poster). My 
intent was first and foremost to point out what 
you were doing was illegal. When you responded in 
a manner that made it clear you did not care, and 
were going to pass the fees along anyway - then 
it was a matter for ebay to handle. 

In any case, you are free to email me to continue 
this conversation - there is no point in 
repeating the same thing over and over.  Your 
email address has been unblocked. And since you 
have stopped asking for paypal fees to be passed 
along to the customer I will be more then willing 
to email ebays safeharbor and tell them the 
problem was resolved. I did not email Paypal.
