Ok, why on earth would you offer to pay extra for 
paypal usage?   Do you offer to pay more when you 
purchase gas with your credit card?  Or a CD at 
your local music store?  It is the same thing. 
When you accept Paypal, you take it for the 
convenience of having payment immediately and not 
having to wait for an MO to arrive in the mail.  
I don't support illegal practices, and sellers 
who ask for customers to pay their fees is just 
that.
