Well, see, I didnt know this was illegal in the 
truest sense of "illegal".  I mean man, all the 
guy had to do was tell me that and I would have 
just changed the items, but oh no. Im getting my 
friendly self reported.  I changed all my items, 
now I just wont take Paypal for items under 
100.00. 

Ahh, now to sit and wait for my nasty Ebay/Paypal 
spanking letters to arrive. The guy had me 
blocked too, so I cant write him anything else, 
go fig. Normally I do not charge for these 
things, but for a 5 dollar item, if someone uses 
paypal for that, you lose like, all of your money 
on it!  On higher priced items, I dont mind, Im 
willing to eat the cost on those.  But these were 
smaller items, so, I was just trying to save 
money. The items are already listed at far lower 
than what I paid.  I just wont take the payment 
form anymore.  That's a shame too, it's so easy 
for everyone, especially since I need money so 
bad right now ^_^;;.  Oh well, thanks for all the 
info guys.  I now know it's 'illegal' to do 
this.  I will though, never report anyone for 
it.  Why should someone lose money because of 
me?  But what can you do really.  Im willing to 
pay up to three dollars more for convenience, I 
hate getting money orders....  ::bends over for
