I don't condone it. Actually it really annoys me
but i wouldn't personally view it as wrong as
they only charge 3% surcharge. I guess it is to
cover their costs & encourage you to pay by other
methods. I can see how it is annoying &
sometimes agree that sellers shoud raise prices
to cover their costs rather than offer a false
economy. |
