Shawanna (Mouse) did say you were harassing her, 
but she does have a tendency to exagerate. Perhaps 
you were actually being nice and telling her about 
her illegal practices before someone reported her 
to Ebay or perhaps the language you used was a tad 
blunt and more than she could handle.  Most people, 
just go ahead and report, without giving the seller 
a chance to change their listing.  But most sellers 
won't listen to some Joe Schmoe telling them that 
they did something wrong.  I suggest that in the 
future you just report violations directly to Ebay 
and let them handle it.  people are way too edgy to 
to listen to a good samaritan these days.
