Like I said, it only takes one. I am simply
saying that for my own protection, I'd rather
not buy from those places. Why are some of you
suddenly all nervous? I was taught that
good business is pleasing a customer. If there
is a complaint, or if a customer is angry, as
AveryJ obviously is, I would apologize, and try
to get to the bottom of it, or offer some
sort of offering to make it right and look good
to the rest of the people on this board. But
I DEFINETELY won't buy from someone that would
take my complaint as slander and
try to make me, the VICTIM, look bad. Obviously,
you have been blamed for the
damage of a cell because of faulty packaging.
That means there has been a customer
service problem. Sorry, just have worked in
plenty of businesses that require fast
shipping service with delicate valuables. I just
feel that instead of complaining, you
should be trying to save a customer, and be
professional. |
