I must say that I have never received a damaged 
cel from any of these places, nor have I ever had 
a cel sent that has arrived damaged.

Just FYI. I mean, these packages come packed so 
they could be run over  by a truck and still be 
OK. That must have been some postal worker to 
damage it.
