I have worked with Debbye many times over the 
years, she is the person who you bought the cel 
from. She always packs her cels exactly the way 
~I~ pack my cels, as Usagi's House packs their 
cels, as Anime Chaos packs their cels, as Anime 
Link packs their cels.... The only person who 
packs their cels any differently is perhaps Anime 
Taro, and that's because the cels are coming from 
Japan. Debbye sponsors Pocket Partners, and 
dozens of customers have always been satisfied 
with her packages when she goes through all the 
thankless work to package them.

If your cel is bent, or damaged, I think you need 
to report this to the post office instead of 
making a very responsible and respected member of 
the cel community (Debbye) look bad. That's just 
not fair to her. Once that cel leaves her house, 
(did you have insurance?) it is no longer her 
fault if anything happened to it. If you did not 
request insurance, then it is your responsiblity. 
I know that I (and all the cel dealers) point 
blank say that they are NOT responsible for the 
cel if you don't insure it.

Sorry, but I am just a bit peeved at all the 
personal attacks that have been happening lately 
on the forum. PLEASE consider what has happened 
before attacking individuals.
