>>its kinda
twisted to buy one and then sell your other
one....
So you're not allowed to replace old cels with
better ones, if the opportunity comes along?
Jesus, get a clue! We're not collecting for each
other; this hobby is an inherently selfish one.
Everybody wants the best possible cels (though
what's the "best" is obviously a matter of
taste). If people choose to help each other,
good; but they're not obligated to do so.
I'm sorry if it sounds harsh; I don't mean it
to. I've made lots of good friends doing this,
and had fun too. It's just getting a little old
when a collector can't do what he or she wants
with his or her own money and cels! There's a
world of difference between Yann (who is, as far
as I'm concerned, above reproach in these
matters ::end gratuitous sucking-up now::), and
the obnoxious fools who have been screwing up the
market for at least as long as I've been around.
There are greedy bastards out there--there always
have been, and always will be. If other people
choose to encourage them, there's very little you
yourself can do. Tend to your own matters first,
and worry about the rest of the world later.
