I dont want to hear about how
its their cel they can do what they want because
they are doing it to bring the cels over here
THEY ARE DOING IT FOR THE MONEY...
Of course they're doing it for money! What
baffles me is the fact that you seem to think
this is a bad thing. I don't, not at all.
First of all, maximizing profit and "GREED!!!"
aren't the same thing. Greed implies a truly
selfish motive above and beyond the normal
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs that we all strive to
satisfy in life-- it's not really present in most
businesses, particularly not in small ones or
private buyers and sellers.
Second, this form of commerce-- buying cheap and
turning a profit-- forms the very basis of the
free market we use to trade everything, from
doughnuts to luxury cars. It's the "invisible
hand" that regulates the markets. As much as
Marx and Lenin bitched about it, and as much
regulation as is needed to keep it in line,
capitalism and the free market has been going
strong for over 200 years, and provides most of
those who live in it with a very good quality of
life.
Is everybody happy? Of course not, but
everybody is never happy. The free market
works; to equate turning a profit with simple
greed is disingenuous, at best.
Bottom line: if you don't like it, don't buy
it. There's always another great deal right
around the corner.
