Hey if a picture is on the web it is going to 
get used by other people.  It is always nice when
a person asks, but I don't care if anyone uses my
images.  I actually find it a little flattering 
when someone used my images in a gallery because
it shows that they appreciate my taste :)  I see
no problem with it as long as they are not trying
to claim the cel as their own.
