Having worked for an e-commerce company that 
dealt with on-line graphics, we know that ANYTHING
on the web is subject to being ripped off. 

Cels are a little different. They are NOT YOUR 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. You cannot claim copyright. 
I'm not really concerned about my fanart, wall-
paper, and cels being on-line - the *only* thing 
I'd be worried about is someone trying to pass off
the cel as their own, available for sale. THAT 
would be a problem...
