Although the cels are not your intellectual
property, the scan is.
Practically speaking, I agree it's not worth
getting too upset about, especially since the
image doesn't belong to you in the first place.
Professional web designers are used to it. Web
sites get stolen all the time and those *are* the
IP of the company or designer.
