Mangaya re-opened with new policy.If you are the only one who wants a cel ;it's yours.If four or less want it it is decided by lottery.Five people or more it is put to the one who bid highest when they ordered it.So what have we got?It is clear some people have a strong personal dislike for mangaya.Instead of saying the policy doesn't sit right with them they have attacked mangaya.I can not state for fact that greed is the most likely reason for the new policy;but the chances seem to indicate it.But be itfar from me to get into someone's head for motive.Those are the new rules so be it. |
