I guess in the end it comes down to trust...trust that they live up to there word.Less than four people want it:lottery.As per auction:.they ask you the top price you're willing to pay.I won't participate in that game ..so I onlypay what I think a cel is worth .Just like e-Bay...or any other cel transaction.If everybody stuck together you could dispose of these policies..unfortunately it ain't gonna happen.All cel dealers walk a line between selling fast and getting a decent profit.There are alot of overpriced dealers on the web...who don't move cels,sometimes they get lucky.Fools and their money.In the end it comes down to how the dealer treats the customer.......if it really bothers you Miki-chan..pull your order..yea right.
