I think I would like to point out something.. Pocket does not
speak English virtually almost none at all. I have wrote a long
English letter to them before (neither about praises nor gripes),
and believe it or not, i got the reply like...almost a year later.
It does take longer for Japanese stores to get back to you when they
don't speak English. Just imagine yourself selling things to Japan
without being able to speak Japanese, and people keep writing you
stuff in Japanese...maybe even a long long Japanese letter...jeez, I
don't think I like that feeling staring at something that i don't understand,
and these are all my valuable customers... The thing is we all assume that
Pocket has read all our letters a lot earlier already, while maybe she
got delayed reading it because of English. Pocket is helping us, this I am
for, as to all your gripes, I don't know what to say. I really don't
have judgement on this, just thinking maybe I can point out some facts here
that might possibly be right. |
