I don't want to sound rude or

but what you said doesn't make alot of sense.
To send a polite e-mail is NOT
telling someone how to run their
bussiness, it's just a suggestion
that in the future you'd like to see
their service improve a bit.
And it is never useless to do anything
like that, you may not know it but they
probably take it into consideration
and will act on it when enough people
say the same thing.
It's a standard issue when
taking on a business, you have to be
open to suggestions, or your not going
to get anywhere.

take business, marketing and economics
for two years.
