I sent them a polite note in Japanese and it doesn't help!
Most people don't like to be told how to run their business,
no matter what country they are in. So it's useless to say
anything to them. The only way to get them to change is to
stop buying from them and that is impossble, as they seem to
have the most awsome cels. |
