Hi!!!

I've been reading all the
legit comments and gripes 
about Anime Shop Pocket's 
service that have come
up in the past few days.
Well, for the past two 
years I've been going
to school for Business
and Management, and
learning the ropes of
running a sucessfull 
business. And well the
way Anime Shop Pocket runs
things is not the best way
to make a good name and reputation 
for yourself in the business world. 
I've ordered cels from Japan before 
and received
the e-mail within a few hours and the
order within a maximum of two weeks.
I have in the past tried to order
from Pocket and after two weeks
of e-mails, I never received a reply and
just gave up on trying to get anything
from them, and it spoiled me from 
trying to get anything from them in
the future. I am not impressed, as
alot of people don't seem to be either.
I hope that they change the way they do 
things, as they do carry
alot of really great cels.
A good thing to do is if you do send a polite
e-mail and make a suggestion for them to try and
improve their services a bit. It does help, and
even if they don't speak the best english
it couldn't hurt to let them know that their
customers are not as satisfied as they should 
be.
