Hello. I want to ask everyone who is getting really frustrated with Pocket to please take a few minutes to calm down and to please think very carefully before you write an angry email to Pocket: most of you were aware or at least had the ability to be aware of Pocket's tradition of getting cels to you some two months after your order. This is in no way unusual for them. I am terribly afraid that if there are too many angry letters from people that Pocket will simply refuse to continue to maintain the English portion of their site. They could easily sell their cels without going to the extra bother of making their site accessible to English-speakers. I would be very sad to lose the opportunity to buy cels from Pocket, so I ask those of you who are upset now to please be patient a little longer. Japanese business is not conducted in the same way as American business and it is my feeling that if we wish to be able to have the opportunity to order directly from Japan that it is we who must be flexible and not make too many demands upon them. Otherwise we are simply going to lose our direct link and have to go through a middleman who is willing to do business the Japanese way, where the seller is doing you a favor and the customer is NOT always right.
