I was wondering about this. Is Pocket really doing us a favor
by selling to people outside of Japan? Or is this what they
want us to believe?
They are truely slow and I don't think it has anything to do
with a different way of doing business. All the other companies
in Japan that I have ever dealt with have been very prompt and
polite with their email and package deliveries. I think that
perhaps Pocket has some other kind of problem that we are not
aware of. Perhaps someone can write to them in Japanese and
ask them for the truth.
I too am waiting for my cels and I remember how they promised to
be more prompt with this upload; I wonder what kind of excuse we'll
get this time. Last time they said they were out of packing materials!
