Well, I won't make this lengthy. And, I won't respond to any additional responses regarding this. In general, I don't agree with your spin of what I said. I do feel a number of the responses where clearly motivated by self interest. Again, the issue blew fom my cel to all fan art. If it simply an issue of signing the work, well they would have said so, but signing the work doesn't resolve it (a cel can be scan not to reveal a signature or remove by any number of means). The only way to prevent people from gtting screwed is to venomously attack the creator of the piece with generalizations about the law to scare people. This is wrong (this includes the accusations that I am stealing...a charge that you are in no position (legally) to make, and borders on violations of the law to which you (NO NAME) might be held liable). And, as for signatures and your half-ass knowledge of art history, not all art work is signed nor is it required. What you presume to be your valuation on a piece of work is your own opinion. I came to this site, because I wanted to draw an honest critique about the work. I was very apprehensive to do it, I thought you tear up my work. Previously, I visited the site as a buyer, and never had any interest in all the BS. I was utterly naive. The simplifications you have made continue in the pattern of distortion made in these responses. I am far to angry, as I have been, to continue this without sinking to your level. Whatever you think. I just don't care. If I was mean or vindictive. I go through every one's site download your precious galleries, copy them and sell them for a $1. You are pathetic. Goodbye. |
