Well, I see many of your are blinded by your own preconceptions. You seem to think it is your divine right to police the world to protect your investments, which many of you sell at ridiculously high costs. My motivation was simple and honest, but your clear distrust and overblown resentment is frankly disgusting. I not going to get on a high horse, as you all have a tendency to do, and pontificate about the legality of making art. Fan art is an appreciation of the hard work and dedication of those who created the work. I was attempting to provide a lesser sample of that to many of us, including myself who don't have thousands of dollars to spend on cels or companies that don't put their cels on the market. Many of you that have written are hiding behind this legality issue (which is created to protect the commercial interests of the creators [I would always defer to them, and mean no disrespect (the nature of fan art is nothing but respect)]. The fact that I put it up for auction on Ebay to get back some of my costs is well not open for your approval/disapproval. YOU SHOULD ALL LOOK AT WHY YOU COLLECT(which many of you probably don't). YOU SEEM TO BE VERY PETTY AND GREEDY PEOPLE. AND, THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I PUT THAT CEL OUT THERE. AND, WHILE I WILL, IF INTEREST REMAINS, CONTINUE TO DO SO. I REALLY CANNOT EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN MANY OF YOU ANYMORE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A FORUM FOR OTAKUS. I WAS CLEARLY WRONG. |
