And you are asking to have someone use your work in the
future to cheat someone else. Why will you not sign your work
and legitimize it as a "fan cel"?
You state that the cel community is arrogant, but to my ears
it sound like you are. You didn't have to be, many people
do fan art and are not chastised for it. Because they
clearly label their work as what it is.
It is not hard to do and it only enhances the artwork.
It isn't your right to take from someone else, no matter what
country you live in. Just because there is little worry that
you will be found and prosecuted, doesn't mean that you are
right. And if you insist on creating copies
of work that does not belong to you, with total disregard
for the owners of the cels and the copyright then I don't
think you will find much success.
Lastly, you call the cel community paranoid and greedy.
That isn't what it is, and you know it. Nobody wants to see
the cel world filled with forgeries, and if you care
about cels and the hobby, you wouldn't want to see it happen
either. You were only asked
to sign a work that you should be proud enough of to sign.
Then we all could have said "great work" and everyone would
be happy. Simple.
