First of all, congradulations w.b. for getting such a nice
cel. I was thinking of getting it myself. :)
Second, beautiful reproduction Steven.
I can see both sides of the argument. On one side, people
want to show there appreciation of the 'original' art work
by trying to copy it. After all, there is no higher
compliment than duplication. On the other side, there are
those who believe that duplication infringes on copyrights
(which it does) and creates the problem of the fan art
later on being passed on as originals. A concern I have
myself.
Since nobody is going to be able to stop people from
creating fan art cels, the least we can ask is that they
have some sort of marking (signature/label as fan art)
on them so that they hopefully can not be passed on as
a production cel. I would hate to purchase an expensive
production cel, only to find out later that it was a
fan created cel.

Besides, we would need a signature for that, wouldn't we? :)
