Oh ? If I understand you correctly, you are saying
that anyone using a $20 banknote should know the
original fairly well so it's ok to make fake ones
for practice purpose and resell them ?

Don't complain if you get this kind of answer : You
are realy asking for it with that those kind of
reasoning and false excuses.

As I already write it sometime ago, I don't want
to forbid people posting pictures of their fan cels
on the forum and share their work with others as long
as it stay a private matter and is not commercial.

But I don't want people posthing such cels for sale/
auction/trade here ! If you choose to do something
illegal, that's your problem. But, as the person
providing this forum, I don't want to be involved in
it.
