You're getting into irrelevant bullshit just to 
kick someone's ass. Judging him from one remark, 
you put him down. Instead, you may wanna study 
what you preach. If you should ever become a 
judge, I wonder what'll happen.. life sentence 
because the culprit said "quack"?

AND - "Nick's a bastard" - could you keep it 
factual and free of insults? Bastard or quack, 
what difference? If you think that Nick's remark 
sucks, try to be better.

Really, I hate people getting personal or 
picking ridiculous details just to put someone 
down. I'd usually keep my mouth shut about 
defending others to no merit (greedy ol' me), 
but I KNOW VERY WELL what it's like to be 
insulted because of irrelevant details, so I 
can't ignore others suffering the same shit. One 
wrong remark and BANG! Is that "freedom"? 

Don't take life too seriously, that'll only 
depress you. Especially if it isn't YOUR life. 
Ignore Nick. Ignore everyone. Only pay attention 
to what gets you a good time and try to be 
considerate with others in the process. That's 
what life should be all about. Having fun. Not 
bitching others.
