Damn true. I underinsured it and should be
responsible for the damages. But as I've
mentioned before, I don't believe the items were
damaged.
I still have the pictures Kinsagashi sent to me
and debated on wheather or not to post them.
For the sake of ending this argument I won't
post them, but will do so should it continue.
Kinsagashi did pay all her bills eventually. It
was always delayed or stalled from the invoice
complaints and constant bickering, but never was
late. I can honestly say that out of all the
conplaints I recieved, numbering at least over
50, one was justified. The rest just resulted
in me lowering a price, deducting a wire fee,
waiving a commission fee for whatever reason
just to make her happy.
None of that matters now though. Its done and
us 2 won't be conducting any more business
together.
In any case, my suggestion to her is to claim up
to the $150.00 on her package. I truely only
believe there were $50.00 worth of damange at
most, but its her claim and she can do what she
wants. As for the other items I'm sure she
could resell them since their condition was
unchanged since we recieved them.
In the end there is no level of trust what-so-
ever for her. I can't and won't accept any
returns, partail refunds, etc. I truely believe
the claim is not legit. I also believe that
more trouble would continue to surface if I
continued to try and assist her.
Final thought....this one is over. |
