Keep this out of the courts?

I know it's a "serious situation," but I just
had a visual image of someone trying to explain
to a judge what the heck a "cel" is and why it's
worth money.  You may as well go to court
to complain your crack dealer ripped you off...
at least the judge would understand what the
product is...
