What do you mean how do you explain this to a 
judge? The issue is money not the cels. A judge 
knows what money is and nick took this woman's 
money for cels. This is not an absurb case, this 
is a failed transaction. As to Nick's quack, well 
that shows how serious he is as a business man. 
Can you imagine a Macy's representative saying 
Quack. I personally am suprised that everyone is 
so easy on this, apparently clicks on here are 
stronger than justice. I hope Nick is really 
laughing but he won't be laughing later this year 
I promise you. I have checked this case out and 
it is open and closed for a judge. He can sit and 
quack all he wants or talk about the clients past 
but the issue on hand is did you insure properly 
like you were asked? He already admitted no. He 
is responsible for that package. I am actually a 
cel collector not doing this to cause conflict 
for cel collectors but I am actually doing it to 
stand up for the rights of collectors even though 
some might be too much into a click to notice. Ok 
I am also doing it because I love easy court 
cases and man this one is easy, he even admitted 
to it. Look out for a man handing you a piece of 
paper in a few months Nick.
