Nick it is not up to you to determine the claim 
it is the post office. If the cels are not really 
damaged then take them back and sell them. I 
would suggest reporting Nick for mail fraud since 
there was an agreement for adequate insurance and 
Nick for whatever reason did not fulfill that 
obligation. This is not over. Nick is a bastard 
and I wish everyone would take a stand. The ONLY 
fact that matters is that Nick did not insure 
sufficiently yet he wants to customer to take the 
loss. It is not up to him to determine the loss. 
A refund is the only way.
