Yes, there are people who are worse off because of
this latest natural disaster, but Lizzard is ONE
OF US.  If this had happened to you, don't you
think it would be nice if your friends offered
donations to help you through your time of need?

If this happened to a family member or a friend,
would you turn to them and say, "Sorry, there are
people worse off than you.  I'm not going to
help."  That's not very compassionate...and that's
essentially what you're doing here.

Nobody's forcing you to donate anything, but the
option is there for people who want to help out a
friend.  If you'd rather donate to the Red Cross
or some other charity, go right ahead.  ...or give
to both Lizzard and another charity.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you're not going
to donate a single dollar to anything and will go
blow some money on something frivolous.  I hope
you enjoy it...and think of the hurricane victims
(including our own cel collectors) when you do.
