It's not worth it as in investment. However, if
you enjoy the cels regardless of the quality, then
yes, despite the dwindling supply and large
collectors HOARDING the hell out of the nice cels,
cel collecting can be worthwhile. But I must
caution you, if you are new, do you research
first. Don't start only to discover damn ABC
person cornered the market years ago. You'd be
pissed and disappointed. Look around at the larger
galleries you'll learn very quickly who is a
hoarder and who has a few cels regardless of the
quality. Good luck. Btw, do  your own research
about cels from certain series otherwise you will
regret not knowing about some earlier. You've been
forwarned.
