hmm... this topic crops up every couple of
months. Anyway to me personally the fact that
cels are no longer used for animation makes
little difference, as I collect shows that have
been made 10 or more years ago, so the cels I
collect have been short in supply for quite a
few years now. I suppose its like with
paintings, just because the painter doesnt paint
anymore (or is dead... painters have a habit of
that) does not mean that its not worthwhile or
not exciting to collect/buy his paintings.
Also apart from cel dealers I cant think of
anyone who would buy cels from a "value point of
view". Like the person before me said, if you
want to make money invest in a house or the
stock market.
