Boy can I relate to this topic!!!
Until now I have only left a handful of negative
feedbacks, I too fear retaliation. The sniper 
feedback idea sounds like a GREAT solution. I 
think I'll try that. I too enjoy the webpage that 
sets the record straight on the negative feedback!
   On mine what ticks me off is that I am a nice 
person and more than understanding about a delay 
in payment. We have all at one time in our life 
had things come up.. car breaks down or dies & 
you HAVE to pay to repair it or something like 
that. If the bidder tells me I had an emergency 
and need a bit longer to pay for something I am 
only too happy to wait. But don't AVOID me or try 
to "change your mind" after the auction closes!!

   As for your auctions that just ended the 
people you said wrote you and changed their minds 
are NUTZ!!! The cel prices in this last round of 
your auctions were amazingly LOW in my opinion!!
