I had a negative feedback left on my account.  I 
was able to get it removed for two reasons:

1.  The user was stupid enough to admit he was 
underage in an email to me. :P

2.  My shipping fees are clearly stated on all 
of my auctions - for materials I charged about 
80 cents, which was my cost.  He complained that 
actual shipping cost was less than I charged, 
and demanded I refunded his money. (*rolls 
eyes* - doesn't matter that I used extremely 
heavy duty shipping supplies to protect his cel, 
OR that I made a special trip to the PO for him 
at his request - back then I lived 40 miles from 
the nearest post office and stated I only ship 
once a week, on tuesdaya :P)

Anyway... due to all of the circumstances above 
I was able to get it removed successfully - and 
got the little shit banned til he turned 18. ;)
