(*SCOFF*) It's the "but it costs money" part of 
that which should draw people's attention. 
Basically, you're paying a lawyer to order Ebay 
to take off irresponsibly left feedback that Ebay 
SHOULD be removing for FREE.

I want to see a case where Ebay THEMSELVES 
removed the feedback. (They tout their feedback 
system as being so fantastic, you would think 
they'd put some effort into making sure it's not 
being abused and misused!!)
