Family), & Kare Kano (Yukino & Arima). 
Unfortunately, I have a feeling that most of 
these might be out of my price range. :(

Magic Knights Rayearth 2 Opening - Lantis in 
Hikaru's Locket.  I think that it's the only cel 
like this in existence. But it is my most sought 
after Rayearth OP cel, so I can hope.

Magic Knights Rayearth 2 - Sepia Flashback of 
Eagle & Lantis from Episode 34.  Yet another, 
only cel in sequence.

Princess Flora or the Phantom Thief from Honey 
Honey - a 30 minutes series that used to air near 
the time slot of Kimba the White Lion and Belle & 
Sebastian.  

American Animation:

Wildfire - Especially of Wildfire himself.  An 
unending search for a cel from this short 13 
episode series from the 80's.

Fairies - No, probably not the one that you might 
be thinking of.  This was a 30 minute short that 
also debuted in the 80's.

Rainbow Brite Movie - Stormy and her horse 
Skydancer: My all time favorite characters from 
that series with pretty much a nil on the find-
able scale.

My Little Pony Movie - Baby dragon named ... 
(argh...I forget his name), but he's very cute.
