Another thing to consider in this mess is this;
A lot of the cels on Mandarakes's big auction 
are consignments.
How could they possibly know that an item was 
stolen.
Even american law, as messed up as it is at 
times, does not generally blame a 2nd party
for a crime comitted by somebody else.
Unless a lawyer thinks he can make a quick buck 
off of it.
