Interesting? So in other words, the Japanese 
legal system doesn't hold account for fencing of 
stolen goods? ...I can understand it to the point 
that traditionally, Japanese people have always 
been known as honest people. They most likely 
haven't had a need for serious criminal laws. 
Things do change though, and there are thiefs in 
every society. Its just a matter of how you what 
to deal with them (a baseball bat works well for 
us).
