Wow! O.O  I had heard about the original theft by 
the man that claimed to be a cel collector, but I 
have not heard that Mandarake is now being sued.  
Very interesting.

They did have an awesome SM eyecatch cel up for 
auction during their January big web auction that 
sold for around 450,000yen.  At least that's what 
I remember -- I had it saved on my watchlist but 
the cels from that auction have been taken down.
