1) You don't know what Mandrake paid for the cels
2) Sailor Moon is years old and it is generally accepted
that the cels on the market are not stolen.
3) Chances are you have never sold cels to Mandrake and
don't know how it is don't ( And yes i have sold cels to
Mandrake.)
