So the 36 year old man that stole the cels does 
not even work for Mandarake and yet Toei is 
sueing Mandarake even though they didn't 
actually "steal" the cels...?  That does not 
even seem right to me. They are a second hand 
store and I am sure they cannot do a history 
check on every single cel they receive. How 
would they know they were stolen? There are just 
so many salior moon cels it would seem hard to 
figure out which ones were stolen and what not.
