Well, think it this way, with CG is possible to
make series faster and cheaper. Compare it with
the automovile industry, you can always make a car
artesanally but it takes a lot more time and it's
much more expensive (there are still brands of
cars made this way). These "artesanally" made cars
are way better than the mass produced ones but
still all of us can only afford to get one of
these mass produced ones.....

so with cels it's the same (of course the
time/cost is not as big as with the previous
example). I mean, asking a company to go back to
use cels is like asking them to drive up the price
of the production of a series and yet get the same
amount of sales than if it was produced by CG.

Don't misunderstand me, i also love cels and i
would love that cels would be used forever, but
"unfortunatelly" CG means progress, and as with
any kind of progress there's always something lost
on the process.

Another different matter is the kind of series
they produce. CG only makes the process of making
the anime easier and faster. That means they can
produce more series in the same time than before,
but if the series are not good then it's
complettely useless.
