I'm am not going to take any liberties in 
answering this msg of who did what to who and 
such.... however I will tell you this. 
Don't expect Paypal or Ebay to help. Even if it 
was something in their fault (which I really 
don't think it is, but as I say, I won't go 
there.) 
Unfortunately, whatever you lost or may lose, do 
not expect to get it back. In my experiences, 
Paypal has little to no customer service. I know 
people have dealt with them and may have 
different opinions. But in my experience, don't 
expect much, if anything, to happen.
